Congratulations to Nigel Temple, a graduate student in the Cherry Lab, who won the Best Poster Presentation at the SWS South Central Chapter Meeting in Memphis, TN. The award includes financial support for Nigel to attend and present his research at the SWS annual meeting in June 2016.
Sara Martin and Nigel Temple presented their research as part of the student presentation session at the SWS South Central Chapter meeting in Memphis, TN. Sara's talk highlighted her thesis research on drivers of community composition in restored marshes at Weeks Bay NERR, AL. In his poster, Nigel presented preliminary findings of his greenhouse rhizotron study on plant responses to sediment addition.
